Oak Cottage, Himeville, Southern Drakensberg, Central Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Thatched cottage in a beautiful garden with views of the Drakensberg. On Glencairn Farm, a mixed farm famous for its daffodils in spring, when we serve tea and scones under the oak trees. Excellent base for hikes along the Pholela River, exploring of Sani Pass, fly-fishing on the dam or river, birding. Close to the Giants Cup Trail. Watch the spring lambs and the cows being milked. We supply fresh milk, butter and cream. Accommodation for up to four in two bedrooms. The cottage is fully equipped with linen and crockery, with bed and breakfast on request. Firewood for the braai and indoor fire in the main bedroom.
Himeville is on the R617 west of Howick, which is on the N3 northwest of Durban, which is at the intersection of the N2 with the N3. Travel north from Himeville and turn left to Glencairn Farm and Oak Cottage. BHOak
