Enjoy peaceful walks, fishing, yachting/sailing or canoeing in one of three dams.  Catch a glimpse of rare blue swallows on one of the rewarding bird trails. We have an abundance of birdlife, including a resident family of crowned cranes. Visit the old St Isadore Mill and Museum (by arrangement). Indigenous tree nursery at Sutherland Seedlings (weekdays only).  Mountain biking (cycling), golf and tennis nearby. Braai facilities. Serviced daily. Secure parking.

Ixopo is on the R56 southwest of Pietermaritzburg, which is on the N3 northwest of Durban, which is at the intersection of the N2 with the N3. From Ixopo, travel southeast on the R612 towards Umzinto. Turn left after 2.8-km and drive for a further 2-km to St Isadore Mews. AZStisadore
