Simunye Country Club, Simunye, Northeastern Swaziland, Southern Africa.

Simunye is a sugar estate with extensive ranches covering vast tracts of land in this beautiful part of the Kingdom. The country club welcomes visitors who are enrolled as temporary members to enable them to make use of the many facilities offered at the club. 18 single and double air-conditioned bedrooms, an a la carte restaurant, golf, swimming, tennis, a swimming pool, squash court and gym as well as snooker and darts in the Club Bar. Saturday Special family lunch or delicious buffet lunches available from Sunday through Friday. Adjoining the Mlawula and Mbuluzi nature reserves is the Simunye Nature Reserve in which four picnic sites have been created. There is a walking trail along the full length of the Mlawula River. Animals include warthog, wildebeest, zebra, baboon, leopard, jackal, hyena (hyaena), kudu and impala as well as 250 species of birds. Visitors may travel through the Reserve. A wonderful stopover between the Kruger Park and Natal or on the way from Mozambique into Swaziland. 

Simunye is close to the intersection of routes 3 and 24 as well as Mlawula in Northeastern Swaziland. From Mpumalanga, travel south from the N4, crossing the border at the Mananga border post. From Natal, cross the border at Lavumisa/Golela and travel north on routes 8, 16, 7 and 3 respectively via Big Bend. AVSimunye
