World of Birds Wildlife Sanctuary, Hout Bay, Cape Town, Cape Peninsula, Western Cape.

Largest bird park in Africa. Visitors can walk freely through the 100 aviaries where birds, animals and plants mix in a landscaped tropical setting. Over 3000 birds, indigenous and exotic, representing 400 different species. Many are free to come and go as they please. Preservation projects of rare and endangered species undertaken. Refreshments available. Open daily from 09h00 through 17h00. Valley Road, Hout Bay, which is on the Atlantic seaboard south of Cape Town.
