East London Aquarium, East London, Border, Eastern Cape.

It has undergone some changes recently. Included is a whale watch walk – a 12-m high wooden pier that extends out from the aquarium to the edge of the sea. Sightseeing telescope at the end. African penguins and Cape fur seals are on display.  The tanks contain many of the fish found along our coast. The aquarium is also involved in the control of boating on estuaries in the area. Open daily from 09h00 to 17h00. Fish feeding takes place twice daily at 10h30 and 15h00. Seal shows take place at 11h30 and 15h30.

East London is at the intersection of the N2 with the N6. AYEast
