Goliath’s Foot, Kransfontein, Escarpment, Mpumalanga.

Natural geological feature. Perfectly formed footprint the height of a man in ancient granite. Many myths and mysteries surround its occurrence. Did giant men once roam the earth? “The footprint of the Gods?” “The footprint of Mary?” “Adam’s footprint?” Excellent viewpoint, picnic site and meditation area.

Kransfontein is on the R33 southeast of Warburton, which is on the N17 northeast of Ermelo, which is at the intersection of the N2 with the N11 and the N17. The Swaziland border post at Waverley/Lunatsi, Dundonald and Glenmore are nearby. AYGoliath
