Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, Kromdraai, Krugersdorp, West Rand, Gauteng.

In the Cradle of Mankind World Heritage site. The perfect setting for admiring nature on your doorstep.  The reserve has an area of 1650-Ha. We have approximately 600 head of various species, including rhino, buffalo, cheetah, lion, wild dog, hippo, crocodile, Bengal tiger, puma, white lion, etc – 30 species in total.  Facilities available include:

•    Private shaded braai areas
•    Tables and chairs for personalised picnics
•    Swimming pool
•    Kiosk that stocks refreshments, ice cream, sweets, takeaways.
•    Croc Pub: serves alcoholic beverages from a glass floor over their resting-place.
•    Dam Lapa: Shaded dam braai area with electricity
•    Chimpanzee sanctuary

•    View our website. Cameras film the lion, cheetah, wild dog and vulture restaurant and can be seen live on our website
•    Chalets: Three fully equipped chalets with two en-suite bathrooms and an open plan living area, serviced daily (not Sundays), swimming pool, personal lapa area, conference area for smaller groups, gas only (no TV).
•    Tented Camp: Upmarket fully equipped and catered tented camp with six luxury tents sleeping two per tent, central dining room with pub and living area, fireplace, satellite TV.
•    Game Drives: Game viewing from op-en 4x4 vehicles accompanied by experienced guides. 
•    Horse Trails: Danielsrus Horse Trails traverse some of the few remaining large farms in Gauteng.  Trails every day – minimum two per trail.

Muldersdrift is on the N14 northeast of Krugersdorp, which is on the N14 southwest of Pretoria. Travel northwest from the N1 on the Little Falls Road (M67). Cross over the N14 and the R28 and continue on to Muldersdrift and Kromdraai.  BFRhino
