Dodo’s Egg, East London Museum, East London, Border, Eastern Cape.

This flightless bird once lived on Mauritius. A settler or sailor probably cooked the last dodo in 1680. What is believed to be the world’s only Dodo’s egg is kept in the East London Museum and is only brought out on request. East London is at the intersection of the N2 with the N6. AGDodo
